Returns & Refunds

If an LPG cylinder supplied by Exo Gas Private Limited is found faulty, damaged, or the customer wishes to return it for a genuine reason, the request will fall under our return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

• The LPG cylinder(s) must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
• Refund requests should preferably be raised within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refund processing may take up to 15 working days after approval.
• Customers may be required to provide the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

Refund Conditions

• The amount paid as the security deposit for LPG cylinders will be refunded according to the invoice amount.
• LPG cylinder(s) must not be physically damaged by the customer.
• Cylinders will be inspected by the company’s delivery or technical team at the time of pickup.
• LPG accessories and appliances such as cooking stoves are non-refundable once used.
• Pickup charges will not apply if the product is found faulty due to manufacturing or company-related issues.
• Gas consumption charges are non-refundable once the cylinder has been used.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy applies when LPG cylinders, accessories, or appliances supplied by Exo Gas Private Limited are found faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Exchange requests are generally processed within 48–72 hours.
• No service charges will apply if the issue is due to a faulty product supplied by the company.

Customer-Damaged Products

If the product has been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or mishandling:

• Exchange service charges may apply.
• Additional repair or replacement costs will be charged as per actual assessment.
• The customer agrees to pay the applicable charges before processing the exchange.

• Exo Gas Private Limited reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request that does not meet the company policy requirements.
